1) Legal Adviser

• Counselling, providing answers to matters for consultation concerning the general laws.
• Providing the services of specific legal adviser on a yearly basis, on a monthly basis or on a case by case basis.

• Providing the services of proceeding with the cases, representing in the Court, pleading, both in the civil cases and criminal cases and providing the services in all kinds of legal proceedings, in all Courts within the Kingdom.
• Providing the services for ordinary civil cases including the general civil and commercial cases such as purchasing and selling, hire purchases, suretyship, mortgages, pledges, partnerships, companies, bills, tort, family, inheritance, filing an application with the Court for administering the deceased’s estate, eviction, including other cases relating to other real properties.
• Providing the services for all kinds of criminal cases and all allegations including bailing of the alleged offenders.

• Pressing and negotiating for the debtors to make payments for the debts without proceeding with the cases.ี
• Searching for the debtors and searching for the debtor’s titles to land and other properties.
• Trailing and searching in order to arrest the accused in criminal cases.
• Carrying out execution of judgments or in accordance with the Court’s orders such as seizure of property, public auction, receipt of payment from public auction, seizure of the debtor’s properties and attachment of a claim, stay of execution of a judgment, withdrawal of execution of judgments, cancellation of public auctions, execution of judgments in eviction, request for receiving a share in the value of the seized property, request for receipt of payment for mortgage debt and preferential right deb, request for the value of the seized property to be distributed among the creditors.

• Filing applications for investment promotion privileges, applications for permits to establish factories and industrial estates, applications for permits for expansion of factories and industrial estates.
• Joint Venture, amalgamation of companies, merger of companies, sale and purchase of business, restructuring of companies.
• Providing consultancy and acting as the secretary in the Board of Directors Meetings and Share Holders Meetings for public companies.
• Providing the services of commercial registration, including dissolution and liquidation of juristic persons, amendment of juristic person’s particulars.
• Providing consultancy in relation to taxes.
• Providing notarial services.
• Providing the services in checking juristic person’s status, and making copy of and certifying documents, value added tax registration, specific business tax, providing the services of applying for tax payer identity cards etc.

Providing the services in relation to Intellectual Property laws

• Providing consultancy and taking legal actions for protection of and benefiting from all kinds of intellectual properties such as trade-marks, copyrights, patents, and sub-patents.
• Filing applications for registration of trade-marks, patents and sub-patents, contention in applications for registration of trade-marks and patents which look alike or are imitations.
• Preparation of contracts which permit the use of trade-marks, copyrights or patents.
• Trailing and checking the infringement of intellectual properties, coordination with the officials or government agencies for taking actions against those who infringe intellectual properties.
• Enforcing in compliance with the international arbitrational awards.
• Taking actions for protection of your intellectual properties in the various countries, worldwide.

Providing the services in relation to the Labour Laws

• Providing consultancy and preparation of the working regulations.
• Establishment of the Workmen Compensation Fund, Social Insurance Fund and Provident Funds.
• Hire of services, prevention of and remedy for labour disputes, and other actions relating to the Labour Laws or Labour Relations.

Providing the services in relation to the Law of Bankruptcy and business rehabilitation

• Providing consultancy and taking all actions in relation to the Law of Bankruptcy, from auditing the value of the assets and debts, providing consultancy and carrying out re-structuring of the assets and debts.
• Submission of applications for business rehabilitation, making compromises with the creditors in the bankruptcy cases, preparation and management of the business rehabilitation plans, including other actions in accordance with the Law of Bankruptcy.

• Applications for the permits to distribute the land, surveying the boundaries of a tract of land, registration of legal action right in relation to all kinds of real properties, and application to repeal the land distribution.
• Providing the services in legal aspect to the land development projects, housing estate projects, condominiums, and management of other real properties, including construction business.
• Preparation of the regulations for condominium juristic persons, registration of condominiums, taking care of and managing the interest in relation to real properties.

Providing the services in relation to the Administrative Law and Public Law

• Land appropriation.
• Providing consultancy and taking all actions in relation to the Administrative Law such as providing consultancy and taking remedial actions or mitigation of the troubles or damages or extinction of the disputes arising from administrative orders or administrative contracts.
• Preparation of administrative documents and administrative contracts.
• Invocation of the right in administrative demands, contention and appeal against administrative orders.
• Conducting cases or pleading in administrative cases, invocation of the right to demand in accordance with the Official Information Act and other Public Laws, etc.

Providing the services in relation to the Laws Concerning Aliens

• Legal consultancy work, checking, analyzing and drafting contracts in languages other than Thai.
• Applications for work permits for aliens, renewal of the permits on a temporary basis, applications for returning to Thailand.
• Applications for license for aliens to operate business.
• Applications for changing nationality.
• Translation work of Thai-English contracts and general documents including receipt of documents from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs etc.

Providing the services in relation to Family Laws

• Entering into a contract prior to marriage, entering a claim for divorce, parental power and demand for maintenance cost.
• Requesting the Court to issue an order, appointing a person as administrator of the deceased’s estate.
• Requesting the Court to issue an order to register a child as a legal child (son or daughter), adoption of a child as an “adopted” child (son or daughter).

• Cases relating to the administrative power.
• Requesting the Court to issue an order that the person is incompetent or quasi-incompetent.
